Just got an ad for a job with analyst in the title and from the description there is feck all to tell it apart from the regular auld listening and trying to placate maoning customers job that is oh so common these days. But why analyst?

I recall this being common in the states about 10 years ago. Every job had analyst in the title but it was all auld drudge work requiring no analytical skills at all
