Hi, workzone powerwasher was €99 now €59, is it a decent washer? Worth the money?

In all Aldi shops I assumed, there's a load of them on display in my local one.

I've the big yellow power washer, bought it a year or 2 ago.
    Paid €100
    Been great for me here.
I'd snatch it up at €60!!!

I bought one about 3 years ago, used it countless times and it’s still going strong. Definitely a bargain if you can get one for €59!!

Agreed, I have the Yellow one (2100w I think) with the hose reel.
Have it @3yrs and it's still running rock solid.
Only issue I'd point out is that the junction of the aluminium frame to the plastic handle gives way.
That said no effect at all on functionality

I have replaced the Lance this year but it has been worked very hard before it needed a change.

The one accessory I would definitely recommend you buy is the pipe cleaning attachment of they have it.
It will potentially pay for itself 5 times over of you ever have blocked pipe.
    Great for gutters too ;)

I went through 4 ALDI powerwashers until it I bit the bullet and bought a petrol one. Never looked back.

That's a ridiculous test as there's no spec shown for each washer. The electric one looks like a very cheap washer to the half decent petrol one.

There's a lot to be said for plugging the unit in, using it then put it away again unlike the petrol one where it has to be refuled and maintained etc.

Would it be powerful enough to remove weeds between the bricks on a driveway do you know ?

Dunno. It looks like one of those cheap blue ones from Argos. No wattage on it. Have one of the 2100w for a few years and it’s fantastic, although needs a new lance. Anyone know where I’d get one?

I swapped mine over for a Silverline Lance from Amazon. Cost ;14stg delivered.

Only thing I miss is the rotating spray as that part doesn't fit the new Lance.

I second all positives about this washer. Snap it up @ that price.

This one isn’t the same type.

The two washers are listed in the description. 2000w albeit budget and small but I've done a similar test with a Ryobi 190cc and you are talking maybe 2+-2.5 times coverage per minute.

Generally, Nilfisk make good washers / hoover's etc.

Does anyone know what make of pump / motor is used in McAlister powerwasher? Or in the Parkside PHDB 4 G3 powerwasher which is presently on sale in Lidl?
