I have been using half a warehouse as a shop, I am moving my shop into the other half, using only this half and putting a new shop entrance on the side of the building. While I won’t be changing any external walls I will be doing some work internally.

    1. Do I need planning permission to use the other half of the building as a shop?

    2. Do I need planning permission to move the entrance to the side of the building?
