    Hello,

    I spoke to one of your agents (Aoife) on Tuesday regarding a text I recently received relating to an outstanding gas bill from April 2018.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Just private message us the relevant Electric Ireland account number, stating for GDPR/Data Protection that you were the account-holder, and confirming your name, address and the telephone number on the account (for security/verification) along with your queries.

    We will then have all of the details we require to reply as soon as possible.
