Looking to book a last minute holiday with a 13 and 14 year old. Last year they were bored on sun holiday so I don’t want a repeat this year. They both want sun, pool and water park. Suggestions would be very much appreciated as I don’t want to waste money in holiday they wouldn’t enjoy 🌞🌞

    Campsite in France.
The more sun is important the farther south you go.

    Salou

    Try cambrils or sanguli campsites
    Beach across road
    Pools on site
Portaventura amusement park and water park 10min away
Loads of restaurants within 10 min of each site walking

If the last minute is any minute now, you'd be better off avoiding France/Switzerland/Austria or anywhere South. Temperatures are already pretty unbearable, and there's worse to come.

That said, what's a "sun holiday" if not one that includes sun, pool and waterpark? Treat them to something completely different - e.g. a (child-friendly) festival where they can basically run wild for a few days and you can do your own thing. There's one this weekend in Vialfrè, just outside Turin, or one in central France in three weeks. Under 16s free at the French one, loads of teens there, never heard any of them complain! Only the parents, who say they come back high as kites! :pac:
