Hey, any opinions or experience with something similar to this?

I'm buying a house that needs a new boiler currently the heating is run off a range cooker that has a boiler in it running off oil.

I'm happy with the size of the boiler and where ill put it in the kitchen but I guess my question is, has the technology been proven or should I maybe look at a high efficiency oil boiler?
