Env200. Nothing the size of what you want.

    Thanks for the replies.
Would need smaller than the crafter but for long range.

Only a matter of time before something suitable is released

You could be waiting a while. VW have a plan for the Buzz Cargo and the eCrafter as mentioned. I think eCaddy coming out as well but you are looking at 2022.

The Nissan env200 is the main one at the moment.Might be worth lookig at because it is a smaller van to eCrafter

Unfortunately it's too small. Likely designed for around cities which wouldn't suit. Mostly stopping in medium sized towns off the motorway. But has to be traffic or transporter size for tools and parts.

Do they have many dealerships in Ireland? The vans would be doing high mileage so would want any repairs carried out by the main dealer. Also warranty work.

    Never really heard of them.

LDV were formerly Leyland DAF Vans, formerly Freight Rover (BL), from the UK but now they're Chinese owned and built. An Post appear to use them extensively, though only the normal diesel vans so far.

Size wise the electric ldv is about the same size as a crafter.., it has about a 100km range(before you stick in the tools Ect and I think its north of 40 grand,
So too big, not a great range and expensive..,
They do a short wheel base / low roof model but I don't think that's available in electric..
