Gaelic football matches are gone to the dogs of late. It is more like handpassball than football. Most of these matches in recent years are unwatchable. Awful stuff.

As unwatchable as The Late Late Show.

I'm not mad about GAA but I love how Dublin's success annoys the rest of the country, asking for the county to be divided up because it's unfair etc. Brilliant. Also I see we beat Galway at hurling the other day, imagine we get good at hurling too. The jealousy will be wonderful.

Dublin are the ONLY good football team that play proper football. The rest are handpassballers.

And that is a scientific fact.

I doubt dubs have the commitement to get good at hurling/have too much other stuff for kids to do

If you havnt picked up a hurl and mastered several of basic skills by age 8,its considered too late in most succesful counties

I wouldn't know. Isn't there a rule you can't take more than 3 steps or something while holding the ball? They seem to break that rule constantly or maybe I'm just not reading it right.

They've been on a uptward curve with hurling for the past decade. They've won the Leinster SHC and National League and being involved in AI semi finals.

There's good history there too. 6 All Irelands. Only two less than Limerick and one more than Galway.
