I'm starting a new job in Dundrum in a few weeks and I'm wondering what the area is like.

I'll be working in Dundrum business park via the windy arbour luas stop?

    Is the area safe?

Yes. Farrenboley (and nearby Rosemount) had a minor "bad boy" reputation back in the 1970's (for us kid's at least) but are well mature desirable areas now (with property prices to match).

You will be fine. Dundrum business park is fairly busy with a number of companies in there and a steady flow of employees commuting by Luas. Its only two stops away from Dundrum Town Centre

I’m starting work in Sandyford but living in Dundrum/Windy Arbour. It does look to be a mature older area so I don’t foresee much trouble
