Making 3 rooms into 2

    Have 3 smallish bedrooms and want to make them into 2..wonder is it a big/expensive job? I'm thinking it's basic enough but them I don't know anything about building

    No enough info. Would need to see floor plan. House or apartment?

    Sounds straight forward, assuming no structural walls or fire compartments are affected.

    New gyproc partition wall, and block up door, skim & paint, new skirting and flooring. Areas to be measured to be able to price
