Volume issue

    Hi All,

    Having an issue with my phone. I noticed today when I try make a call I couldn't hear anything unless I put it on speaker and also YouTube/spotify not working even though volume was up fully.

    I restarted my phone and this issue resolved itself, however now everytime I put earphones in the problem starts again, volume on 100 but cant hear anything either through headphones or phone itself.

    Any idea what the issue is or how I can fix it?
