Interesting spin on this incident by the Sun. Car drives on wrong side of the road through cyclists. One cyclist stands his ground and refuses to get out of the way.
Angry female passenger eventually gets out of the car and tells cyclist to get out of the way because she is a doctor and on her way to work and therefore entitled to drive on the wrong side of the road through cyclists.

The Sun and most of the comments agree that it it the cyclist that is in the wrong.

Title could be changed to “Man late for work drives on wrong side of the road endangering pedestrians and cyclists.”

If you're not an ambulance... obey the rules of the road. That goes to all parties involved.

Don't really see why a doctor is allowed to drive the wrong way through cyclists and pedestrians, to be honest. Not an emergency from the sound of it, and even if it were, there are only a small number of people who are allowed to take manoeuvres like that, and she wouldn't be one of them.
