Wood underfloor rotting?

    Hey guys,

    I just pulled up the laminate flooring in one of the rooms in my house and discovered something strange looking in the corner(pic attached).
    I did notice the board flex a bit more than others there when I was lifting the laminate.
    Does this look like rot to anyone. I assume I would need to replace those boards?

    That is definitely rot. Looks to be still growing though. You should check if you have damp in that wall. What's other side of the wall?

    The left side is a party wall and the right is an outside facing wall.

    There are a couple of cable's coming in from outside so the holes for them are one of my first suspicions as to a possible source of damp
