My husband and I recently starting receiving HAPS jointly (although the original rent agreement is actually in my name only) My husband walked out on me a month ago... No idea where he is or his plans. Our rent is taken directly from our disability allowance…

Hi all. I have a question I can't find the answer to about HAPS. My husband and I recently starting receiving HAPS jointly (although the original rent agreement is actually in my name only) My husband walked out on me a month ago... No idea where he is or his plans. Our rent is taken directly from our disability allowance each week. My question is... If he doesn't return, what will happen to me... Will they insist I move to a smaller place, I don't want to leave my home. Also if he informs them he isn't coming back, can he automatically continue with HAPS if he finds a landlord that accepts it?
