Accountants Report

    Is an accountants report required in audit except abridged financial statements for mico/small companies?

    I can't find a direct answer online and looking on the CRO you can pretty much submit what you want (e.g in 5 random searches I got current abridged FS referencing old companies act and other errors) some had accountants reports and some didn't.
