Can i get a fibre optic cable directly into my home

My home is 700 metres away from our local Internet which has a fibre connection. Is there anyway I can get a fibre optic connection from the cabinet to my home and if so how much would this cost

Not until Eir or SIRO pass your house with fibre. Anything else would be prohibitively expensive.
