Hi All, I am looking for a recommendation for a pre-purchase residential building surveyor in the area. I got one quote of E550 plus VAT but the lead time is about 3 weeks. Ideally we would like it conducted in the next week or two.

Try Mick at BBA in Edengate.

Sensible and straight forward surveys.

A few folks recently have gotten builders to conduct 'surveys'... I do not recommend you doing this as it's a licence to print money for them or to scare you off a good house.
