Importing slurry

If I want to import slurry onto my farm from a piggery what forms can I receive to state that I import the spreaded amount. Just in case the piggery declares more and I could go over my nitrates at the end of the year.

Importer sign the export forms for the exporter. I don't think there is anything other than that for importer's purposes (but could be wrong). Only know from the exporter side.
