I have been on sick leave 5 years now, with a weekly pension of roughly €100pw. Unfortunately I cannot return to work and at 42 this has come as a hard blow for me. My service is 17years but with worksharing its roughly 12, so Im guessing the lump sum wont be much. I have been told it might take a couple of months for HR to finalise due to staff in section on leave and I have been given no figures. I would be very grateful if anyone who has been in a similiar situation might be able to give me a rough idea what I should expect.
