I notice water coming out from the circulation ring near to the sink ...is it an easy job to replace this ?

    Thanks....

There is one position where the spout can be pulled straight up. Usually exactly to one side. When removed, you will see an o- ring that needs to be replaced.

It took me ages to figure out how to remove spout.

Ok thank you I'll turn off main baldock, and then get the spanner and try to move it right or left? Or would you try get at it ,from underneath?

Underneath will take off the entire tap not just the spout.
