    I am selling my property, do banks allow you to go interest only on Mortgage till the property is sold?

    BOI let you take two monthly payment breaks per year, if you are with them you could arrange to take it immediately.

    UB also allow a break or two in life of mortgage, but you need to be with them a while. If you're with them it's worth looking into that.

    Don't know about any others.

    I took a break from repayments when I was selling my house, mortgage was with AIB
