    HI,

    I recently changed over to PAYG around three weeks ago, I am still waiting for the Payzone card so I can start topping up my account, how long will it be before I am issued this card?

    If you private message us the relevant Electric Ireland account number or the MPRN or the telephone number, stating that you are the account-holder, and confirming your name, address and date of birth, we will respond as soon as possible.
