    Expatriate employees relocate from USA to Dublin,for two years.
    Dublin office pays the monthly rent cost for him.

    The IPASS book only mentions "either first 3 months or 12 months" of these relocation housing cost are tax exempted BIK, but can anyone tell me, should it be first 3 months or first 12 months?
