Samsung Galaxy S9

    Wondering if the S9 is still worth buying or if its not worth the €519 with three on prepay?

    I was going to get the Huawei P20 or P30 lite but not really comfortable with that now given all the controversy. I had considered the new one plus 7 but it doesn't have an sd card reader/expandable memory (amd its a bit €€) so thats ruled it out.

    Mainly looking for something with a decent camera, has a large memory and a microsd card/dual sim slot and has good battery life so nothing super fancy. My current phone is a galaxy S5 and I'm still happy with it however, its stopped charging :(

    Had a look at the A70 and it looks great but it doesn't seem to have NFC?
    I didn't even think about needing NFC until I was reading through the specs and realized that I use it everyday for my leapcard to check the balance etc when I'm running out the door.

    Is there similar with NFC too?

    The A70 does have NFC (https://www.samsung.com/ie/smartphones/galaxy-a70/SM-A705FZKUBTU/)

    GSMArena says it's market specific (https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_a70-9646.php) so you could just make sure the particular model you're thinking of buying has it.

    Got the A70 today so just need to wait for it to be delivered :)
    Does anyone have any recommendations for a protective case (more protection the better). I'm a big fan of the otterbox defender series but they dont seem to make them for this phone. I don't really care what the case looks like once it does a good job of protecting the phone from my clumsiness.
