Same in greystones, been on a while.

Greystones is now a Sports Direct; same as Heatons in Carrickmines.

I wonder all they all going that direction now?

I assume they're sell offs prior to rebranding the stores. Anyone I was in had little bargains to he honest.

Still not rebranded but they have loooooots of stock at good prices and everything is 20% off markets price. Got some nice random bits fashion and home and some fantastic Hugo boss sunglasses for €28 down from €228 :)

They closed their Thurles outlet in 2018 and abandoned plans to redevelop the building into a sports direct due to the poor condition, costs involved. With only 20% off everything, it took a very very long time to sell off whatever stock they had.

They haven’t learned anything since. The majority of the stock they carried was kettles, toasters, food warmers etc. More well known better brands in other stores in Thurles were cheaper at the time.
