Festival Fees for Artists?

Scratching my head about a registration fee for a Fringe Festival... Submitted a short one-person storytelling performance with no set/lighting requirements & no fancy or large venue requirements (literally a blank room or a generic kitchen would be fine). 30 mins. 3 shows. And the announced today they want me to pay 150 by Monday.

The fees for ‘SHOWS ‘ for 2019 are:
Full run (3 or more performances) Fee- € 150
Limited run (1 or 2 performances) Fee- € 80 (shows include Theatre, Comedy,
    Cabaret, Dance or other)
The listing fee for the following categories is €35
    Art exhibitions
    Music
    Children's shows
    Art , craft and installation
    Workshops
    Photography

    Technical Costs
The Festival provides basic lighting and sound equipment, however there will be
    additional
charges for any technical equipment that you may need to hire from our suppliers
    or that you ask
us to hire on your behalf.
Please note: The registration fee is non-refundable.

    Fringe Festival Registration Fee provides:
A listing in our printed programme with a small image and a listing on our
    website
Inclusion in festival marketing and PR material
    Venue or performance spaces
Lighting rig and/or P.A. sound rig
    Front of house staff
    Venue production staff
    Venue manager
    Box office split
The Fringe will sell tickets for you on our website and at our Box Office
    in the city centre

The box office split is 50/50 artist/festival.

Is it just me or does this seem a bit steep?

No that seems very reasonable, even though you don't need a fancy venue even basic venues are very expensive if you were to produce this site yourself you wouldn't manage it for 150 even taking 100 percent of the box office never mind the amount of promotion you are getting. The venue fees alone are brilliant the notice is an issue but the fee is good
