I am wondering what would be a good subject to study (college or whatever..) to avail of part time work post retirement.
I am a public servant and can retire in a few years (or hang on..) and wonder what job / role / sector would offer best post retirement part time opportunities in Dublin?
For example a friend was a life time wine buff and in retirement works in a wine store as part time manager...
    Any thoughts?

You mention you have a friend who is a wine buff and was able to work as a PT manager in a wine shop.

Follow that route, what interest or hobby do you have that you can monetise?
What are you already good at that someone may pay you to do?
