Hi,

I am helping someone who is looking to buy an apartment in Navan/Kells. This person has an illness and will be spending most of their days indoors.

I don't know a whole lot about this area and was wondering if anyone could advise on a place that would be suitable.
Is there anywhere really awful or noisy that we should avoid looking? Maybe someone rented in a complex that they loved ?

Any ideas would be helpful. The main criteria would be near to public transport, safe and as quiet as is possible for an apartment. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
