hey all does anyone know what the process for recruitment agents these days regards CV`s im sending in a new CV tailored by CVCentre for a specific Job Online and was wondering if Agents keep old CV`s on file

Agencies will, more likely than not, hang on to CVs sent into them

If you send the agency your new CV, they'll probably update their record of you with the new one

They always want your latest CV. So send them your latest CV.
