    Hello,

    I have a 31 day notice savings account setup through the app.

    If I want to withdraw funds for this it will take 31 days to reach my account is this correct?

    If I close the account, do I still have to wait 31 days for the funds or is it faster?

    Hi Yurple,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Yes that is correct - it will take 31 days for the funds to reach your account when you request to withdraw.

    To close the account you would need to first withdraw the funds so the time frame is the same also (31 Days)
