    I was onto Irish Water last week and was advised to write an email to customerservice@water.ie regarding a leak caused by Irish Water contractors. The email was sent on Thursday 30/5 and again yesterday but I am yet to receive a reply or even an acknowledgement of receipt. In the meantime water is being lost at an alarming rate. Can you please advise if Irish water have received the email?
