Would you send a thank you card to someone that attended your wedding but never gave you a wedding card?

If you're sending them, send them to all. Not sure what difference a wedding card makes.

Did they give you a present?

Either way, I'm pretty sure you'll think about it way more than they will

We kinda feel we'd be making them feel awkward if anything.

Simplest approach is to send them to whoever you invited and who showed up. It's your thank you to them.

 You're just saying thanks for coming to your party.

Nah, you are not responsible for other people. If you want to do this then go right ahead.

Is thank you for your gift printed on the card (Bit presumptuous if it is)
    Or Thank you for coming?

    If the second then send

We're planning to send thank you cards to everyone, whether they give us a card/gift or not. Ideally we'd like to personalise them rather than using a blanket phrase.

Of course. It was very kind of them to come and make your day memorable. How those people feel about not bringing a present is not for ye to be worried about.

Yes. Absolutely. Cards go missing, or may not have gotten to you yet. I thanked everyone who made the effort to come to our wedding.

I know of too many weddings where cards have been pocketed (and emptied) by the groom or a groomsman and the person -usually the bride- who is the one thinking of the thank-you cards is none the wiser. Some was just genuinely mislaid, or handed to someone in the bridal party and put in a handbag and forgotten about after the day, others were actually intentionally stolen by family members.

Once the absence of mentioning the gift in the thank-you card made me realise that they never got our card. A quick text to the bride to confirm they didn't get it and between us we tracked it down via the mammy of a groomsman who found itin the lining of his suit - small card and a big hole in his pocket lining!
