    Will new employer be able to find out when is my actual last working date from the old employer, under the new PAYE modernization?

    As long as the old employer completes this information correctly and in timely fashion, they should be able to find it

    No. But they will get your previous pay and tax, unless you transfer it on Week1 basis.

    When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?
