    Ao a big fellas sitting on fence just over from my back garden. Could just be a damp annoyed pigeon given the white markings on his neck.

    But something about his size and posture suggests bord of prey of some sort. Would be a very, very big pigeon. Photos below are as zoomed in as I could get

    Scratch all that. I got closer and got him to fly to get better idea. ....... it's a big pigeon.

    They are a lot beefier than a street pigeon, which most people are more used to seeing.
