Ideas for Decorating Exterior Concrete Wall

Looking for any inexpensive ideas to decorate a concrete wall as per the attached picture?

Need to know aspect to advise on plants. Fig would be perfect if its not north or east facing. Will cover wall and needs a restricted root.

Thanks for that video, has given me an idea for the rear wall of my garage which I had planned to do a mural on.

Paint it a nice colour and nail 3 triangular trellis' (about 4ft high) on to it (point downwards). Its quick and you can then plant if you want to - but it'll look better even if you don't

Why would you add trellis' to it and not plant anything?
