    Hi all..
So was just browsing on IG this evening when a certain life coach/mental wellbeing coach from the west of Ireland posted a story of them driving on a motorway to or from Dublin. It just got me thinking...does the law for using a mobile while driving not apply to those if they are using it for instagtram?!? If I was a guarda for example and I came across this, would it be enough to charge this person with using a phone while driving? Obviously I know phones are totally not allowed while driving but what makes people think its ok to do this?

a certain life coach/mental wellbeing coach
Most of these are bloody airheads anyways, least thats my experience of them.

The charge is supporting a mobile phone so if they're holding the phone with any body part its a charge. You can report them to Traffic Watch if you like and the investigating Gard, if bothered, can determine the registration.

Not being an IG user but is/was it a live feed or just a posted cam video?
If it was a cam video was it obviously hand held or might it have been mounted?
If it was handheld was it definitely the driver?
