I got my maths summer exam today and I got 62% HL even though I didn't finish it and didn't answer 5 questions

What the hell. I thought I failed the whole thing

5 questions out of how many? There must have been at least 13 questions on the test (given that they are worth equal marks) for your statement to be accurate. I kind of can relate to the situation (eg I struggled with some of the unseen geometry LC questions a few months ago, but I clearly wasn't prepared for them yet so after a lot of preparation, I managed fine), but something like this has never happened to me in a test before (I can sometimes be a bit tense, but nothing that would hamper my timing). What happened there? Did your teacher give you less time than the LC would give you? (I had, technically speaking, 25 fewer minutes for Economics for the summer exam than for the LC, also had 10 minutes less for Maths) If you know your stuff you'll be fine, just perhaps try to get used to being under pressure solving problems. Study over the summer if needs be (I'm not doing anything).

How do you find Maths in general? I've always liked the subject and it always was a joy for me to study so that would have clearly boosted my grades tremendously.

    Hit and miss really

I could get a H1 if the test is good

    Or I could get a H6 if it's bad

I'm all over the place in maths
