Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. I am trying to set up a new iPhone and I cannot get past the Apps and Data stage, where I am trying to set up the phone with iCloud backup. I get the message ‘Two factor authentication is not available for your Apple ID at this time’.

I tried to then set it up as a new iPhone to see if I could bypass this stage but again it told me about 2 factor authentication.

How can I get my new phone set up?

Choose the option that says “don’t have an Apple ID?” and opt to “set up later in settings”.
