Can anyone give me a rough idea of the cost per square meter of double tar and chip. I have circa 1400 sq.m

Not sure about 1400 sq m but we have roughly 85-90 m2 and we got quoted €4K to get it done in asphalt.

We are looking for prices for imprint concrete as well.

Don't use tar it is an absolute waste of money, any oil leaks will dissolve it and you can't really pressure wash it only at a low pressure and using chemicals. Get good strong concrete, you can blast it clean with the jetwashed and burn off oil strains with a gas torch.
