My wife has worked for a Uk company for the last 10 and has always been been paid through their Irish arm for ease of taxation prsi etc.
The UK and Irish companies are separating this year which means that she will lose her job with the Irish arm.
The UK company would like to employ her but she will be the only worker in Ireland (Its a sales position).
They think that it would be easiest for her to go self employed and contract to them, she does not like this idea and would prefer the security of working directly for them.
    They are open to suggestions.
What ways can it be worked for her to be employed by them?

    Use an umbrella company.

Google umbrella company for contractors to get some suggestions.
