Two white vans, both no tax, they are rusted with flat tires, both have reg one northern one southern. They are parked on a public footpath.
I contacted council and after months they have finally responded with the below.
Is this correct? I am guessing there is nothing I can do? Both have been literally parked for years (I would estimate 3) rusting and blocking the footpath.
The owners have been in touch and assured us that they are not abandoned, just not in use at the moment

Ask council / Garda to enforce for footpath parking and tax. What of insurance and CVRT?
