Hi,

Has anyone got one of these, if so I need a little bit of help if possible. I bought one recently and set it up with Wifi no problem and have it mounted. All is fine viewing the feed when in the house and connected to wifi. However, we can not view feed when we leave and use cellular data, there is no connectivity at all through the App or Reolink Client. Have tried support with them but have not been able to rectify the issue. Has anyone encountered this?
