Anyone ever use these? Seems they are based in Sandyford. Wondering if they are safe?

Nope, based in Reading, UK, which they are not up front about with clear contact info but bury that in their privacy policy. That's a bad trust signal. They also hide their whois contact info which again doesn't help trust.

Used them before and had no issues. Same as any 3rd party agency, shíte service if you need assistance but if no issues with the trip then there’s problems.

    This from their website

    “Your Protection

All of the card transactions we process are securely protected and encrypted by Comodo, we also offer the option to pay with PayPal. Our registered office address is Travel Up Ltd, Level 1, The Chase, Carmanhall Road, Sandyford, Dublin, Republic of Ireland.”

That's normal now since the GDPR changes.

    Your Protection

Holidays that include air travel, which you arrange with us are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority Under ATOL 7227. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.

    As opposed to the ITAA

Your Protection, as is not clear if they are licensed in Ireland.
