M.2 nvme SSD to USB Adapter

I have a M.2 nvme SSD, from a Lenovo laptop. I'm looking to transfer files form it to my new laptop, however it's quite difficult to find this type of adapter. It's not the typical 2.5in SATA SSD.

If any knows a reliable place to purchase one cheap, that'd be great, or if anyone happens to have one that I could borrow, that'd be even better (willing to pay of course).

Doesn't support NVMe SSDs. Price range on amazon seems to be around £30+, worst case I'll purchase it, but y'know, just for one time use, looking to get one cheaper or borrow one.

Can you stick it back in the laptop and copy off what you want to an external drive? Or copy over the network to the new laptop
