Ballpark Cost of Plumbing Work

We're currently sale agreed on a 70's bungalow that we plan on renovating over time. Following our engineers survey, we're comfortable with the work needed, but there's one piece which we don't really have a ballpark figure on.

The house currently has an oil stove which heats the only 2 radiators in the house. We're planning on upgrading to a boiler, replacing the 2 existing radiators with newer high output rads and running additional rads to the rest of the house (8 in total).

We have a ballpark figure on the boiler, but is there any way to get a ballpark on pipework and radiator fitting without getting someone out tot he house to take a look at?
