Which of these art colleges is the best to go to given that TU has now got university status and a very nice new campus with strong technological links versus NCADs historical excellence and total focus on art? All opinions would be welcome.

Depends what you want to do I suppose. Industrial Design? possibly TU, Fine Art? possibly NCAD.

'Art' is quite a wide field.
