    Hi folks
I need your advice. I have submitted an online enquiry to revenue services to claim aggregation relief more than 100 days ago and its been 20 days since the last correspondence but i feel like its not being looked at. Heres timeline of events.

Feb 7 i submitted the enquiry along with required docs
April 24 Revenue responded and asked the English translation of the file.
April 25 I replied telling them to scroll to the second page of the file which is the English translation.
I had to call few times too but each time i was given different information. first time i was told that it should be processed in a week. then second time i was told to wait few more days. finally i was told that the file i attached was missing some information. I updated the file the same day and called them few days ago. This time i was told that each time theres a new correspondence to the message thread its treated as a new request which puts you behind the line and that theres no ETA or something. Worst system and service i have ever had to deal with. Since i am kinda new to the country, can anybody advice where to go from here ? should i visit their office or something ?

Yes, every time you update your message on the Revenue’s website it is seen as a new message. Revenue state that it may take between 20 to 25 working days for a reply but I have known them to take a bit longer in certain sections.

you need to send them a reminder that you are waiting on a reply

you need to send them a reminder that you are waiting on a reply

Which will be treated as a new message and will go to the end of the queue!

Seriously, ring the PAYE helpline number.

The IC messaging backlog is about 8-11 weeks.
    Just forget about it.

Ring the 1890 numbers, ask has your correspondence been received and if you're onto the right person they'll take ownership and process it for you.
Tell them you're waiting a while and messaging service isn't being dealt with.
Aggregation relief is easy to do you just get a extra 1650 credit applied.

Bare in mind that operators are not obliged to do this so be nice!
