Just got my bank statement today, and there appear to be a string of payments to this website - can't remember ever visiting it, so how do I go about cancelling this, firstly, and then recouping what has been lost?

Do you have kids with consoles, phones or tablets? If you ever bought anything on a ps4 it saves your card as default.

    Contact your bank:
Ask for the paid out transactions to be marked as fraudulent.
find out what type of transfer was used and put a stop on it.
Then it depends on how your account was accessed.
Edit if your sure that you did not approve the payments the bank have to deal with them under anti-money laundering obligations so you are likely to get your money back.

One solution is to open a new account and (manually) transfer approved payments and deposits to the new account. Close the existing account this will result in odd dated payments failing so examine prior statemts for one off annual payments.
