    Hi,
    I'm checking under what circumstances you need a water discharge licence?
    I'm selling a mobile home with septic tank on a private site in Wexford?
    The buyer wants to know if a water discharge licence is required?

    A discharge licence is required for commercial customers who have waste that is discharged into the public sewer.
