Mungret Gate - Limerick

    Hi All,

    Just wondering anyone out there looking for new houses built in Dooradoyle, Raheen or Mungret.

    The new houses built in Mungret Gate and Sil Na Manach have air to water heating system and 4 bed house sizes are almost same. But the houses there in the Grange is much more bigger than that and has Gas heating and Solar panels for energy efficiency.

    All the houses prices are more or less same.

    Taking all these facts in to consideration what would be the best house to pick? Would like to know your thoughts.
